To start your Final Order, please enter your Customer ID & password and select submit. This will bring you to our eStore where you can place your wreath Final Order.

Please do not submit more than one Final Order.
Submitting more than one Final Order will cause confusion
and could delay your shipment. If you have a correction to
make on your Final Order, please contact your Customer Service
Representative at 1-800-446-4229, do not fill out another Final
Order Form. If additional products are needed, please submit an
Add-On Order (click on the Submit Add-On Order button located on the
side menu).
