Warranty

Mickman Brothers Garden Center offers a one-time replacement on all Zone 4 or lower Deciduous & Evergreen Trees and Shrubs which have been planted in the ground and fail to grow within 1 year from the date of purchase.

To honor our warranty, we require "proof of purchase" in the form of the original register receipt and the failed plant material at the time of return. If the plants fail to grow, those plants purchased at full price will be replaced with the identical plant material.

However, if unavailable, Mickman Brothers reserves the right to substitute the plant material or provide an in-store credit for the original purchase price. Plant material purchased at a discounted price will be replaced with an in-store credit for the original amount paid. In-store credits are good for replacement nursery stock only.

Warranty is void on replacement plants and on all plant material purchased at 50% off or more. Warranty reimbursement does not include delivery or planting charges. Perennials, hybrid tea roses, and vines are warranted only through the first frost of the current growing season.

All other plant materials including annuals, houseplants, tropical plants and pond plants are guaranteed to be in good condition at the time of purchase.

This warranty is void if the plant material is incorrectly maintained or installed. The warranty does not apply when damage occurs due to insects, animals, weather or human error.

Mickman Brothers warranty does not apply to commercial accounts.
Cash refunds are not available for plant warranty.
