Jeff Sutter - Landscape Irrigation Division Director |
| |
Jeff has worked at Mickman Brothers since 1982, helping to develop our Irrigation Department into one of the finest in the industry. Prior to taking the Division Manager position, Jeff worked in the field as both a service technician and installation foreman. He has installed some of the most elaborate residential and commercial systems in Minnesota.
Jeff, an IA Certified Irrigation Contractor, has been the driving force in computerizing our Irrigation Service Department and Bidding Programs. Among many other things, Jeff has also implemented our Fleet Upgrade Program
& SA Fleet Fuel Program.
In this era of low unemployment, Jeff spear-headed a program to keep many of his key personnel employed during our long winters. To do this, Jeff founded our General Construction Division through which we build fine residential homes during the winter. An experienced craftsman, Jeff makes certain that the homes we build are of the finest possible workmanship. |

Scott Whitman - Commercial Client Development/Sales |
| |
Scott joined our
Irrigation Division in 1997, and worked for
4 years as both a Service Technician and an
Irrigation Crew Leader. This
'hands-on' experience gave Scott a good
foundation as he became an important member
of our Irrigation Team.
Scott served for years on the Minnesota
Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA)
Irrigation Industry Committee and is a
current member of the Sales & Marketing
Executives International (SMEI).
In 2001, Scott joined The Toro Company
as a Sales Representative. In this
position he worked within the Minnesota
Irrigation Industry working with
numerous contracting companies to
enhance their businesses in both the
Residential and Commercial arenas.
Scott rejoined the Mickman Brothers Team
in 2007 as a Commercial Design/Sales
Relationship Manager. In his
current position, he is responsible for
developing commercial clients and
following through during all phases of
each project to ensure that his projects
are professionally coordinated with
other construction phases, completed on
time and within the highest quality
standards of our demanding industry.
Coupled with Scott's great communication
skills and knowledge of the Landscape
Irrigation Industry has enabled Scott to
develop into a valuable asset, not only
for Mickman Brothers, but also for his
clients. |

Greg R. - Landscape Irrigation Design/Sales |

Greg is a true professional who understands the value of prompt service to his customers as well as giving his clients the knowledge they need to make an educated decision on purchasing their Landscape Irrigation System.
In installing an Irrigation System, the company doing the installation needs to know going in, how to solve the major issues of the project, such as, how to get water from the basement to the outside of the residence, if there are any water pressure issues, what obstacles need to be addressed when doing the underground work outside. Greg has excellent abilities as a problem solver, and can always determine which option is the best and most efficient manner in which to perform the work at hand. These qualities, plus his extra friendly demeanor, have put Greg at the top of his clients list. |

Susan Pruitt (Ablan) - Service Department Manager |

Susan oversees the day-to-day operations of the Irrigation Service Technicians and all other aspects of the Service Department from the scheduling to the final billings. Susan is beloved by our clients because of her unique way of working 'The Schedule' to ensure that the clients obtain the prompt service they request. Keeping our customers happy is a primary goal and Susan works diligently to make sure that happens. |

John C. Mickman - Service Technician Coordinator |

During the busy Fall months, John C. (Junior) steps in to schedule late season Service Calls and Winterizations. Since he was 8 years old, John has worked in the Family Business within the Irrigation Department. As such, there is no problem that John cannot solve, either on the phone, or first hand.
John's friendly, professional manner is greatly appreciated by our clients and he goes way beyond 'normal duty' to ensure that each person is given the 'personalized' service they have come to expect from Mickman Brothers. Due to the fact that he has installed
hundreds of systems during his long career, he has 'seen it all', and many times can diagnose a problem by simply hearing the client describe the issue; many times his diagnosis allows the customer to fix the problem themselves if they wish. Either way, John understands the way his 'Families Business' has always focused on prompt Customer Service, and he follows through with our clients in an extraordinary manner. |
