Landscape Plan Services

1. Formal Landscape Plan: In many cases, to meet your goals and have an accurate document to work from, a formal landscape plan with accurate and scaled measurements is necessary. This plan will precisely reflect the location of your new patios, walls, plants, bed lines, and whatever else lies in your yard of dreams. You will then be presented with a detailed proposal for Mickman Brothers to do the work.

2. Sketch Plan: Sometimes, your needs can be met by a basic sketch plan. This is an informal plan that may not have scaled measurements, but meets the needs of you, the estimator, and the installer. The designer will sketch out the area and list materials to treat the area effectively. You will then be presented with an estimate for Mickman Brothers to do the work.

Accurate measurements are very helpful for you and the designer when planning out a landscape project. A copy of your lot survey is extremely helpful to have before you begin your project. Your builder, architect, engineer, or city hall will have a copy available.

Consider your budget for this project. When planning your project, we can assist you by recommending stages and priorities, but it will save you time and money to have a range of your budget amount.
