Mickman Brothers desires to allow our designers to work with you in order to achieve your ideal landscape. It may be possible for you to bring in photos and measurements for an estimate, but usually it is necessary for a designer to visit you. The fee for a design is refundable if you have us do the installation.

Landscape Plan Services

1. Sketch Plan: This is more of an informal plan that will be adequate for some installations. The designer will sketch out the areas and list plants and materials to treat the area effectively. You will then be presented with an estimate for Mickman Brothers to do the work.
2. Formal Landscape Plan: This is a formal landscape plan with accurate scaled drawings. This blueprint will precisely reflect the location of each plant and bed line. The designer will discuss the design fee with you. Most formal plans range in price from $200 to $600, depending on the complexity.

A copy of your lot survey is very helpful to the design and estimating process. Your builder, architect, or city hall should have a copy available.
Consider your budget for this project. We can assist you with a plan that can be accomplished in stages, but it will save you time and money to have a range of your budget amount.
