Jake joined the Mickman Brothers team nearly 20 years ago as a Hardscape Installation Foreman, and was quickly promoted to our #1 Installation Foremen for our Landscape Team.

In 2014 Jake was again promoted to Landscape Department Manager with responsivities in managing up to 11 installation teams throughout the season. Because of his decades of experience in a wide range of both residential and commercial landscape projects, Jake’s leadership is highly valued for his input in nearly all of our installations.

Jake is a ‘stickler’ for detail in all of our projects. Being a great leader and craftsman himself, he knows what to look for in any job site problematic or not. He works with our Landscape Designers and their clients to make a smooth transition from ‘Vision’ to ‘Reality’ as we artfully fulfill all our landscape projects.
