Our Christmas Wreath Fundraiser helps organizations raise money by selling premium, handcrafted holiday wreaths and evergreen décor. It’s simple, profitable, and community friendly.

We offer a wide selection of popular holiday products, including Christmas wreaths, door sprays, centerpieces, garlands, and table-top trees.

Choose from two convenient ways to sell — or use both:

  • In-person sales with bulk delivery for local pickup, ideal for community groups or pickup events.
  • Direct Delivery, which lets you sell nationwide. With this option, we ship wreaths directly to your supporters — no handling, no sorting.

You’ll receive free sales materials, including brochures, order forms, and digital tools to help promote your fundraiser. You only pay wholesale prices for the holiday evergreens. Shipping costs may apply for some organizations, depending on the delivery option you choose.

Can customers outside my area still support our fundraiser?

Absolutely! With our online Direct Delivery Program, supporters across the U.S. can order holiday evergreens and have them shipped directly to their door — all before Christmas.

You’ll receive a custom fundraising code to share with your supporters and use at GiftItForward.com. We also generate a QR code for your group that links directly to the site and auto-fills your fundraising code — making it even easier to place an order.

Can we do both Bulk Deliveries and Direct Deliveries?

Our Direct Delivery option allows supporters across the country to order online. We handle the shipping, and your group earns 15% profit per item — no sorting, no coordinating.

How long does a typical fundraiser last?

Most groups run their Holiday Wreath Fundraiser for six weeks or more, starting in September or October.

Following this schedule gives your team plenty of time to connect with supporters, coordinate your efforts, and ensure the Holiday Evergreens are delivered well before Christmas.

Some groups begin even earlier to maximize their sales and participation.

What is the best way to promote our fundraiser?

Who determines the selling price and profit margin?

With our Bulk Delivery option, you set the selling price and profit margin — Mickman Brothers never takes a cut of your earnings.

Here’s how to calculate your pricing:

    1. Start with your cost per item (use this year’s Price List for accurate product and shipping costs).
    2. Include optional extras if needed (e.g., decorated delivery bags, Greenzit treatment).
    3. Add your desired profit, then round to a clean dollar amount for easy selling.

We recommend aiming for $6–$10 profit per item, but ultimately you know your community best.

Is there a minimum order?

No — Mickman Brothers does not require a minimum order to participate in our fundraising program.

However, since we are a wholesale supplier, all products are shipped in full case quantities (same product, same style). This means your group can choose which products to offer based on your supporters’ preferences — while also ensuring you can fulfill full case requirements.

Example: Our 25” Cranberry Splash-style wreaths are packed 5 per case.

You’ll find the case quantity for each item listed on your Price List. If you have questions or need help with planning, your Fundraising Coach is always happy to assist at 1-800-446-4229 (or dial manually if you’re on a desktop).

How does my group determine our selling price?

First, add your fixed costs like product prices and shipping costs. Second, add your optional costs like decorated delivery bags or Greenzit treatment. Third, determine your desired profit margin per product. Last, add them all together for your selling price.

For example, a group in Iowa is calculating their 25” Classic Wreath total cost:

  • $19.20 (wreath cost) + $3.64 (shipping) + $0.35 (delivery bag) = $23.19 (total Classic Wreath cost)
  • Determine your profit margin (we recommend $6-$10 per item)
  • Your cost is: $23.19 (cost) + $6.50 (profit margin) = $30.00 Selling Price (rounded to the nearest $)

Do I calculate shipping costs by item or by case?

Shipping costs are priced per item and are based on geographic zones.

To determine your shipping costs, refer to the Shipping Chart on the back of the Price List.

  1. Find your state to determine your Zone.
  2. Use the Item/Zone chart to find your per item shipping cost.

For example:
$19.20 (wreath cost)
$3.64 (shipping to Iowa)
= $22.84.

When you list the price of this wreath at $30.00, your Profit will be $7.16 each.

Do orders have to be in full case quantities?

Yes, with our traditional, bulk delivery option all orders must be placed in full case quantities (see Price List for quantities).

When is the Final Order due to Mickman Brothers?

Our traditional, bulk delivery program requires that you submit your order via mail, fax, or online on or before November 1.

We recommend placing your Final Order by logging into your Customer Portal on www.holidayfundraiser.com.

If you choose the Late Order Program, your final order is due by November 15, and your delivery will be the second week of December.

Where can I find the Fundraising Tally Spreadsheet?

The Fundraising Tally Sheet is an excellent tool for tracking and managing your team's sales and profits throughout the holiday season.

It comes in Excel and Google formats for your convenience. To use it, add the names of your members, enter your selling prices and shipping costs, and Voila!

The Fundraising Tally Spreadsheet is located in the Tools section of your Customer Portal. To access it or any of your digital tools, simply login to your account at www.HolidayFundraiser.com.

How do I submit my Traditional Bulk Order?

To submit your Final Order, log in here, click Final Order, and complete the form. It's that easy!

Who should the checks be made out to?

Checks from your customers should be made out to your organization.

Once you submit your final order and receive your invoice from Mickman Brothers, your organization will send us the payment.


You can view your group's invoices or pay any invoice online with a credit card at pay.mickman.com.

If you prefer, you can pay by check and mail it to 14630 Hwy 65 NE, Ham Lake, MN 55304

If you want to pay over the phone, get a credit card ready and call our Fundraising Coaches at 1-800-446-4229.

Are the wreaths and sprays decorated when they arrive or is “some assembly” required?

Yes! Christmas wreaths under 48", all door sprays, and all centerpieces are completely decorated and ready to display. There is no need to attach any bows, cones, or other trimmings!

The ribbon is shipped separately for larger wreaths only (48" and 60") to prevent damage during transit. This is because these bows have much longer tails.

The Tabletop Christmas Trees require that you decorate after unboxing. Everything's included in the box - bright lights, festive ornaments, and a golden star topper!

How much space will it take to store my order when it arrives?

For a traditional bulk order, the sizes of the packages and the space an ‘example' order will take up are listed on page 10 of your Fundraising Guide.

How should I store the products?

Evergreens do best in cool, dry places.

What do we do if we have a problem with our shipment, such as shortages or damages?

Shortages: When you receive your order, locate the Packing List, which includes the number of boxes for each product you ordered.

If you are short boxes, contact your Fundraising Coach immediately so we can contact FedEx and track the missing boxes.

Damaged Products: Although the boxes may have been damaged during shipment, the evergreens are resilient! Open the boxes and inspect the products.

If your order is damaged, contact your Fundraising Coach within 5 days of receipt. Please take pictures of damaged products and send them to your Fundraising Coach as proof of our carrier claims.

We will reship beautiful, fresh products and work directly with FedEx to resolve any issues.

What type of Sales Incentives does Mickman Brothers offer?

We offer Sales Achievement Patches and Medallions. Hold an Awards Ceremony at the end of your Fundraiser to celebrate and recognize your team’s hard work!
